I describe myself as an extroverted introvert who is passionate about the work I do, appreciative of the life I have, and grateful to have the opportunity to be of service to others. I recognize that this passion and appreciation does not equate to always being happy — but rather that I have a deep sense of gratitude for all with which I have been blessed.
This gratitude is not something I have always had; however, through the trials and tribulations I have experienced, I have grown in the breadth and depth of my gratitude.
I am especially experienced in working with women in mid-life, people over 65, and young adults experiencing life transitions. Your therapeutic experience should be as unique as you are. I’m honored to share a bit of myself with you, too.
