I practice Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — often called talk therapy — and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy to discuss, explore, and heal that which has brought you unrest, hurt, worry, fear, anxiety, or depression.

We’ll meet until you’re ready to say, “I feel so much better that I no longer need to see you,” and you feel prepared to continue the journey of self-exploration on your own. 

In our sessions, you can expect to be met with empathy, and to be challenged in a gentle, collaborative way. My approach to therapy is eclectic, meaning I use a combination of therapeutic techniques, ideas, and resources centered around you and your needs — never the other way around.

Lastly, we’ll set up regular in-person counseling appointments at my Roseville, CA office location or telehealth therapy appointments that meet your goals, budget, and schedule. 

Next, we’ll transition to what’s called an “intake” process. You’ll complete paperwork that helps me understand your past experiences, your current concerns, and your future goals. We’ll also schedule an intake appointment to discuss these details and build a strong foundation for our work together.
